License

A Trellon Works workbook purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to use the delivered files for the purchaser’s own internal business or personal work. The files are licensed, not sold as intellectual property.

You may make working copies and project-specific copies for your own business. You may enter your own data, adapt the workbook for your internal workflow, and export or share resulting project documents with clients or collaborators when those documents do not distribute the reusable workbook itself.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, give away, or make the reusable workbook, example workbook, documentation, or substantially similar derivative template available to another person or organization. A separate purchaser needs a separate license.

The license does not transfer ownership of Trellon Works branding, workbook design, documentation, formulas, or other intellectual property. Product-specific README terms included in the customer package also apply; if a conflict exists, the terms presented at checkout and in the delivered package control.
