Refunds

Production checkout is not currently active. Launch-list submissions are free, create no order, and require no refund.

Digital files cannot be physically returned. Before production commerce opens, the final refund terms and any required consent will be displayed with the live checkout. Those checkout terms, Lemon Squeezy’s merchant-of-record process, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law will govern a completed purchase.

If you later receive a product that cannot be downloaded, is materially different from the product description, or has a genuine technical defect, contact Trellon Works promptly. We will first try to restore access, clarify the documented workflow, or provide a corrected file. If a confirmed material problem cannot be remedied, the refund request will be handled through the payment provider.

Send the product name, order identifier, and a concise description of the issue to chaser@trellonworks.com. Do not send payment-card details or unrelated sensitive data.
